1. Accuracy by IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM
   CCD Camera with IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM had beed applied which not just detect and sort our the raw material by it's waveform but by it's actual image. This will result a great improvement of accuracy and also output capacity volume.
2. Upgraded Feeder
   Not only possible to control the feeders one by one but also capable to adjust the amount automatically to make the most suitable volume to slide into the chute.
3. Upgraded Chute
   Newly designed 64 channeled chutes with special coating treatment and heating system application [to avoide rice bran and from humid] will increase the output volume enormously without new material friction during sliding down. It's option to use flat typed chute as per customer's request to increase even bigger capacity.
4. Upgraded Touch Screen(7.4 inch sized TFT-LCD Touch Screen)
   The control screen system had been upgraded remarkably not only by the size of the screen which had become bigger to 7.4inch for easier view, but also by applying "Embedded OS indows" of ROSOFTCorporation, you will be able to have an actual computer interface bult into your color sorter.
